Qigong can be translated as energy (Qi) + practice (Gong). This energy practice is gentle and allows your mind to step away helping you experience your own energy and inner awareness. My classes offer a happy and welcoming space to slow down, move mindfully, and cultivate balance and harmony through presence and self-compassion.
3E Qigong
Energy. Everybody. Everyday.
3E Qigong consists of three energy movements that merge your feelings and emotions with the music. Listen to your body, enjoy yourself, and allow your energy to dance. We’ll have fun and strengthen our body’s natural healing ability. A unique opportunity to experience your own Qi. Let’s play!

Four Energy Gates
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers many clues to achieve balance and overall well-being for the body and mind. The Four Energy Gates consists of four acupuncture points on your body, creating a system of self-care that reawakens the body’s own healing wisdom through simple self massage. Practiced daily, this energy routine works well as an everyday pick-me-up and whole body tune-up. Everyone can benefit from the Four Energy Gates – they’re easy, safe, and can help enhance relaxation and well-being for anyone of any age.

Qigong for Breast Health
This class is just for the ladies! Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches that prevention of disease, illness, and injury is an active process. It involves accessing your body’s own wisdom and natural healing ability. Learn 7 Qigong movements created specifically to stimulate energy flow in the breast area. Because good digestion is the cornerstone of overall health, these movements help improve digestive system function and promote a state of calm and peace as an antidote to the stress and emotional overload that often occur in our daily lives.

The Meridian Dance
No dance experience required. Feel your meridians stimulate your body and create balance. You’ll learn the 12 major meridians, their locations and the organs associated with each meridian. Then we'll put it to music. The Meridian Dance offers a heart-opening, body-awakening experience that leaves you feeling balanced, vibrant, and alive. It’s a Qi celebration!

Dragon’s Way Qigong®
Dragon's Way Qigong® is a 6 week program rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In this program you'll begin to recall your "listening to your body" skills and how to use these messages to rebalance your body, mind, and spirit. It’s a whole body reset.
