My Qigong practice began as a way to feel more at ease in my body, calm my mind, and deepen my connections with others. What started as a search for physical and emotional support became a path of listening to and honoring my body’s rhythms. Over time, Qigong has helped me build trust in my body’s wisdom to heal, guide, and restore balance—supporting not only my own well-being, but also how I show up in relationships and daily life.

My Teaching Philosophy
Qigong is a gentle practice that nurtures body, mind, and spirit cultivating your connection with your energy and inner awareness. In my classes, students of all backgrounds and abilities are invited to slow down, move mindfully, and tap into their natural capacity for healing, resilience, and JOY. The focus is not on perfection, but on presence—trusting your body, using your emotions as important clues, and moving with compassion and ease.
