Dragon’s Way Qigong®
Your body was born knowing when to eat, when to rest, and how to function with ease—but have you been in the habit of listening? Within you is a deep well of wisdom, constantly sending signals via your physical body to guide and support your well-being. Once you begin to recognize and remember the importance of these crucial cues, you can address the root causes of both physical and emotional imbalances—whether chronic or acute. Think anxiety, acid reflux, back pain, insomnia, joint discomfort, constipation, and more. There’s nothing more empowering than achieving and maintaining your own health using your gift of intuition and your own body.
What you’ll Learn
Dragon's Way Qigong® is a 6 week program rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In this program you'll begin to recall your "listening to your body" skills and how to use these messages to rebalance your body, mind, and spirit. It’s a whole body reset. We'll meet in person (or online as indicated) once a week for 6 weeks. Our 6 weeks together will include 10 Wu Ming Qigong movements, instructional materials including an introduction to the Five Element Consciousness Framework, and a flexible and fully customizable "Eating for Healing" plan. Herbal supplements for greater support are also available.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. You can practice in socks or barefoot.
