Dragon’s Way Qigong
Balance. Essential to health and happiness yet seemingly elusive. We try diets, exercise, medical procedures, even meditation and somehow balanced, joyful lives still escape us. Our bodies are born knowing when to eat, when to sleep, and how to function (elimination, crying, laughing, blinking, etc.) with little or no effort on our part. As adults, modern life often insists that we ignore crucial “signals” that our bodies send us daily asking us to take care of our most precious commodities: our body and energy. As a result, we may no longer recognize when we are tired, hungry, feel sad or happy, or even need to eliminate and we “push” through and keep going because “now” is not a convenient time.

Four Energy Gates
The Four Energy Gates are 4 major acupressure points or intersections on your body. When stimulated, they help energy flow, release blockages, and restore balance giving you an internal shower. Gently activating these points can support circulation and calm the nervous system.
